Forfeits

Forfeited matches will not be rescheduled. It is your team's responsibility to arrive on time and satisfy all gender/player requirements.

Waiver

All participants must fill out and complete our waiver prior to participating in any Ottawa Premier Volleyball activities. Those who haven't will be refused to play and will not receive a refund or have their game rescheduled.

Code of Conduct

All participants must abide by our code of conduct. Failure to do so may result in expulsion of the player and/or the team. In the event where an individual or team is removed from the league for not following the code of conduct, there will not be any refunds issued.

Refund

• Teams or individuals dropping out of a league earlier than one week before the start of the season will be fully refunded.
• Teams or individuals dropping out within a week of the start of the season will only be refunded half of their registration fees.
• Teams or individuals dropping out after the season has begun will not be eligible to receive a refund.
